How do I use my IPL Hair Removal Device?
This super powerful laser hair removal, works on all body parts, including sensitive skin areas such as bikini line, face, neck, armpits, arms or legs.

What is the recommended use?
Laser hair removal requires regular sessions to begin, typically you will start to see long lasting results within 8 weeks.
- 1-2 weeks we recommend that you use this IPL 3 times per week. The treated hair will become thinner and grow slower over this period
- 3-5 weeks we recommend that you use this IPL twice per week
- 6-8 weeks we recommend that you use this IPL once per week. At this stage, your hair will be noticeably thinner and regrowth will be very slow
- Over 8 weeks we recommend that you continue to use this IPL once per month, or every second month for a maintenance session as needed.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any beauty tool within 90 days of your purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. To initiate a return, email a customer service representative at info@smoothskinsquad.com or fill out this form.
Once approved, return your product in its original packaging via a trackable mail service to the address provided by the customer service rep. (You’ll be responsible for return postage costs.) Please do not attempt to return products without contacting us first – we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
Refunds
Once your product has been received, your purchase price will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.
Damaged Items
We also offer a one-year warranty on all beauty tools. If your item arrives damaged or has begun malfunctioning, email us at info@smoothskinsquad.com so we can get a replacement sent out to you.
